The Undie Chest and its affiliates will not be responsible or liable for any damages before or during an event sponsored by a Partner. If event insurance is needed, you will be responsible for obtaining the necessary insurance.
Partners that are businesses or organizations will agree to allow The Undie Chest, and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, copy, and rebroadcast information about the Partner's business or organization to promote recycling, underwear donation, or related events.
