What Items Will You Take For Donations? +
The Undie Chest will accept the following new items:
- New women's and girl's panties with tags or in packages
- New boy's and men's underwear (briefs, boxers) with tags or in packages
- New women's and girl's bras (e.g., regular, sports, mastectomy, prosthesis)
- New men's and boy's t-shirts
*We accept underwear for all ages and sizes
What items will we NOT accept?
- Stained or wet items
- No used women's panties or men's underwear
- No shapewear, girdles, pantyhose, tights, slips, camisoles, garters
- Clothing - shirts, tops, dresses, skirts, pants, suits, coats, socks, swimsuits, shoes

How is the value of my donation determined? +
The Undie Chest Inc cannot establish or confirm the value of donated items. Valuations are the responsibility of the donor, in consultation with their tax preparer. Please save the tax deduction receipt that you will receive via email only for tax purposes. It serves as a confirmation of your contribution of goods to The Undie Chest Inc on the date received by us. The Undie Chest does not provide itemized donation lists.
Please note that when filling out the donation form, you must provide a valid email address in order to receive a receipt for tax deduction.

Why do you only accept new underwear? +
faq-Because we work with schools and other organizations that don't have the ability to wash items, we ask for new items. Additionally, because sorting through donations to select only the highest quality donations is very labor intensive, we want to reduce the cost of labor for sorting and be able to get items to those in need as quickly as possible.

What type of box should I mail my items in? +
You can mail your items in any size box or envelope. We encourage you to reuse existing boxes you have and make sure to cover up any previous labels prior to shipping. You can also pick up free envelopes and boxes from USPS.
If you would like a confirmation email we must receive a valid email address on the online recycling form or on the written form. Please include your inventory barcode that will be generated after you submit the recycling form. We scan this barcode when it gets to our warehouse and the system will automatically send back a confirmation email to you that we received your items.

Who pays for shipping? +
You pay for the shipping of your donation to The Undie Chest.
You can mail your items in any size box or envelope. We encourage you to reuse existing boxes you have and make sure to cover up any previous labels prior to shipping. It is very important that you include the inventory barcode that you receive when completing the online donation form. You can print out the barcode or write it on a piece of paper with your first name, last name, and email address. If we don't receive the inventory barcode we cannot send a confirmation email and tax deduction sheet.
If you don't want to fill out the online donation form and want to print the form and include it in your package then print the donation form and make sure to include a valid email address so you can receive a confirmation and tax deduction receipt.
Shipping Options
The Undie Chest has partnered with Give Back Box to get the best rate for shipping around the country and in larger quantities. You can ship up to 50 lbs of bras for only $20!! The purpose of Give Back Box is to provide an effortless and convenient method of donating new underwear.
- You have the option of using UPS, USPS, Shippo, and Give Back Box as shipping options
- We recommend using Give Back Box if: a) You have more than 10 or more bras you are shipping, b) the Shipping cost is more than $20.
- Please note that your shipping label will be sent to the email used to sign-up for Give Back Box. Make sure to check your spam or junk mail if you do not see it in your inbox. The email will be coming from Give Back Box, not The Bra Recyclers. The label that you will receive will show 15lbs, but you can ship up to 50lbs. When you fill out the form below please select 'Ship via Give Back Box.' for how you will deliver your items.
Please follow the steps to donate your items on the website. If you would like a confirmation email we must receive a valid email address on the online donation form or on the written form. We scan this barcode when it gets to our warehouse and the system will automatically send back a confirmation email to you that we received your items.

Do you offer recycling services? +
The Undie Chest offers recycling services. We know how important it is to maintain brand integrity. Many brands, prefer not to have items donated or enter the secondary market and would prefer to have them recycled and repurposed.

What should I do if I don't receive the email with the inventory barcode? +
After submitting your donation form, you will have the option of printing the inventory barcode on the thank you page. If you don't print it from the thank you page, you will also receive an email. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam mail.
If you still don't receive an email, it could be that your mail client is prohibiting it from being delivered to your inbox because it is an attachment. If this is the case and you didn't write down the barcode from the thank you page, then you can just send your box to the following address:

Where can I drop off my underwear donation? +
Currently, we only have a drop-off location in the Phoenix, AZ area. There will be more drop-offs coming as we continue to bring on more partners.
We recommend filling out the online donation form and including the barcode in the bag or box. If you do not include the barcode, we cannot send you a confirmation email. You can also print off and fill out the donation form and include it in your package.

Will you accept underwear donations from outside the US? +
Yes, we will accept underwear donations from outside of the United States. Please note that if you are mailing bras to us you are responsible for postage. We encourage you to fill out the donation form online so you can receive a confirmation email when we receive your items. The mailing address is:

Can individuals request underwear donations? +
We don't accept requests for donations from individuals. Even though we would like to see everyone in need receive underwear, we cannot manage the demand of individual requests. We only work with approved nonprofit organizations.

Do you accept underwear donations all year? +
Yes, we accept underwear all year. The need for underwear in schools, shelters, and transitional programs is unfortunately never-ending. Make sure to fill out the donation form and follow the steps for donating your underwear.

What Happens After I Fill Out The Online Donation Form? +
After you fill out the donation form the following steps will happen:
- You will receive an email with an inventory barcode to affix to your box or put inside your box. This is the same inventory barcode that you can print from the thank you page after you submit the recycling form. Or if you don't want to print the inventory barcode you can write it down on a piece of paper and include it in your box.
- Please note: If we don't receive your inventory barcode we cannot scan your item which will generate a tax deduction receipt. We do not mail out tax deduction receipts.
- Underwear is received at The Undie Chest warehouse and the inventory barcode is scanned.
- You will receive an email confirmation and tax deduction receipt that we received your donation. Please make sure to provide a valid email address.
- All donations are sorted by our staff when they arrive at our warehouse.
- Underwear requests from nonprofit organizations are fulfilled. For underwear that isn't donated, we partner with textile/clothing recyclers who help extend the life of those items and get them shipped around the world.
Note: If you don't want to fill out the online donation form, you can print the Undie_Chest_Donation_Form.pdf and include it in your box. You must provide a valid email address to receive a confirmation email and tax deduction receipt.

Who are some of the recipients of the underwear donated? +
The Undie Chest donates underwear to nonprofit organizations that support families around the world.
We serve families and individuals that are:
- Homeless or living in poverty
- Burdened with medical expenses (e.g, breast cancer survivors)
- Survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence
- Title 1 Schools
