Guidelines

Partners and Drop Off Locations will provide their own boxes to collect underwear. We encourage you to use your creativity and decorate a box. You will be able to download a label for the box with The Undie Chest logo from our Company Partners Google Drive Folder.

  1. Use of The Undie Chest logo or other branded materials can only be used to promote recycling, donation, or related events. Approval will be needed for use of any other purpose. Email partners@UndieChest.org for approvals.

  2. Promotional materials will be made available to all Partners via a secure portal. Access will be granted upon approval of the Company Partnership application. Modifications/changes to any promotional or marketing materials should be approved. For approval send all changes to partners@UndieChest.org.

  3. A copy of press releases should be sent to The Undie Chest for review and approval to ensure accurate information has been included.

  4. The Undie Chest will not be responsible or liable for any thefts or damages before or during an event sponsored by the Undie Chest Partner or in the collection or storage of collected items from the public.

  5. Partners will be responsible for covering the reasonable shipping cost of bras to The Undie Chest. New underwear can be shipped to 4904 S Power Rd, Ste 103-441, Gilbert, AZ 85212. If you have larger quantities (e.g., LTL or full truckload), please contact us to make arrangements to have them shipped directly to our warehouse.

We encourage you to use Give Back Box.

You can ship up to 50 lbs for $20 (some locations may vary). Fill out the donation form and then select Give Back Box when selecting how to deliver your box. If a person or organization drops off a large volume of underwear, you have the right to refuse the bras and ask them to contact The Undie Chest to arrange for shipping. 

Please note underwear does not need to be sorted when sent to The Undie Chest. We would request that you fill out the online donation form so we can make sure your items are included on your Sustainability Scorecard.

  1. For underwear that will not be shipped to The Undie Chest but donated to local charities, you must agree to only donate bras that are gently used or new and only new women's and girls' panties and new men's and boy's underwear. There should not be any tears, heavy deodorant stains, or the smell of heavy perfumes.

Drop Off Locations

  1. Drop-off locations agree to have their business name, address, phone, website, and hours of operation listed on The Undie Chest website. If there are any changes to this information, you will contact The Undie Chest immediately by sending an email to partners@UndieChest.org.

  2. All Drop Off Locations must be open to the public and maintain hours of operation where the public can drop off recycled items.

  3. The Undie Chest will not be responsible or liable for any damages prior to or during an event sponsored by The Undie Chest Partner. If event insurance is needed you will be responsible for obtaining the necessary insurance.

  4. Undie Chest Partners which are businesses or organizations will agree to allow The Undie Chest the right to use, reproduce, copy, and rebroadcast information about the Undie Chest Partner’s business or organization to promote donation, recycling, or related events.

Set Up and Support Fees

We are so excited that you want to partner with us and become better stewards of our planet and the people who live on it. We want to support your efforts to make this planet a better place for everyone and allow your customers and followers to do the same. As part of our Partnership program, we have a fee to help promote our partners to ensure the implementation of a successful recycling and donation program. 

Partner Set Up Fee: $150

  • Set up one drop-off location in the database, if required. There will be a $25 fee for each additional drop-off location.

  • Set up an account/company in the database so we can track items recycled

  • Add company to how they hear about us. This allows us to identify your customers who heard about us from your promotion of being an ambassador.

  • Social media posts to announce new partners. The post will appear on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Blog post on The Bra Recyclers website announcing new partners

  • Access to Google Drive with marketing materials, logos, etc.

*Please note: if you choose to forgo the Partner set-up fee but would like to continue to support our efforts for our planet and individuals and families in need. You will get access to our Google Drive with marketing materials and our logo.

Quarterly Partner Highlights on Social Media

Highlighting the partnership with The Undie Chest every quarter is an excellent way for companies to demonstrate their commitment to being stewards of their communities and the planet.

Initial Partner set Up $150 (defined above).

Annual Fee for Quarterly Partner Highlights TB (based on requirements)

  • 1 initial Social Media Post to announce and feature the new Partner

  • 1 post quarterly (4 posts a year) to highlight the partnership with The Undie Chest.

  • Shares of posts you tag us on, a minimum of 3.

Monthly Donation/Recycling Report

Monthly reporting can be a vital part of your operations to identify donation/recycling customers and any feedback they might have on why they are recycling their bras and new underwear.

 Reporting can also be used for the following:

  • Loyalty and Rewards Program Reporting

    • A customer rewards and loyalty program is essential to attract and retain new customers.  If you manage your take-back program or decide to partner with us, we can provide the data you need to ensure that your customers receive the rewards they deserve for being loyal.

  • Take-Back Program Reporting

    • If you manage your take-back program or decide to partner with us, we can provide the data you need to monitor progress. Data is vital to measuring the success of your program and ensuring that you are meeting and exceeding your customers’ needs.

*The information on recyclers will only be shared if they permit to share their information.

Annual Fee: $TBD (based on requirements)

    • o   Add the company name to the dropdown menu to indicate how they heard about us. This allows us to identify your customers who heard about us from your promotion of being an ambassador.

    • o   Social media posts to announce new ambassadors. The post will appear on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

    • o   Blog post on The Bra Recyclers website announcing new ambassadors

    • o   Access to Google Drive with marketing materials, logos, etc.

  • Set up 1 Monthly Donation/Recycling Report

    • If individual reports are needed for multiple locations, there will be an additional fee for each report created.

    • Set up reporting in the Database to capture recyclers and comments

    • Set up Discount/Rewards in the Database (optional)

Reporting, Support, and Maintenance

  • Quarterly check-ins or more frequent ones as needed.

  • Answer inquiries from recyclers who have questions or issues with recycling or using the form.

  • Monitoring monthly recycling report

  • Updates to Salesforce profile as needed

Quarterly Sustainability Scorecard

We offer a Quarterly Sustainability Scorecard as part of our effort to help companies meet and exceed ESG goals. The Scorecard lets you see the environmental impact you and your customers are making from your take-back and recycling programs. There will be an initial set-up fee of $350 and an annual fee based on your quarterly reporting requirements.

  • Quarterly updates to the Sustainability Scorecard

  • Answer inquiries from donors/recyclers who have questions or issues using the donation form.

  • Monitoring monthly recycling report

  • Updates to Salesforce profile as needed

Note: Customized reporting will be available, and fees will be determined based on requirements. Examples of customized reports include tracking of recyclers for rewards programs.

Additional Services

Additional Services Separate from Setup and Support Fees

For companies that would like to dispose of items, processing fees will vary based on the quality of the items. Quality will be determined but not limited to the following categories:

  • Unpackaged return/used items

  • Packaged return/used items

  • New items in packages

  • Unpackaged new items

Fees Per Lb: TBD – will vary based on the quality of items being recycled. Certificates of destruction can be provided as requested.

All items for disposal/recycling will be sent to Phoenix, AZ. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

*Other fees may apply for disposal that comes up during the disposal/recycling process

*Fees Note: Fees can increase annually based on market conditions. The initial set-up fee and annual fee are non-refundable. Cancelation of services needs to be given 30 days prior to the cancelation date.
