Supporting Foster Youth With Dignity and Comfort
New, clean undergarments help young people feel comfortable, confident, and prepared during times of transition.
A Basic Need During Times of Transition
Every young person’s experience in foster care is different. However, emergency placements and moves between homes can sometimes interrupt access to personal belongings and everyday essentials.
New, properly fitting undergarments help meet an immediate and practical need. They offer comfort, support personal hygiene, and help young people feel more prepared for school, appointments, activities, and daily life.

How The Undie Chest Helps
The Undie Chest works through trusted nonprofit organizations, schools, agencies, shelters, and community partners to provide new, clean undergarments where they are needed.
Our partners help identify the appropriate sizes, age ranges, product needs, and quantities for the young people they support. This helps ensure donated essentials are practical, useful, and distributed with care.
Supporting Foster Youth Through Community Partnership
For several years, The Undie Chest has donated new, clean undergarments to Magdalena’s Daughters in support of their work with foster youth.
Their video offers a closer look at the organization and the young people they serve.
