The Undie Chest Welcomes Our Newest Retail Partner: Bleuet

At The Undie Chest, we’re always excited to welcome partners who share our mission to bring dignity, comfort, and confidence to those who need it most.

That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Bleuet, a brand that aims to empower girls during one of the most important times in their lives: growing up.

With a focus on comfort, sustainability, and giving back, Bleuet is the perfect partner for supporting Title 1 schools through our Everyone Deserves Underwear (EDU) program.

About Bleuet

Bleuet isn’t your typical lingerie brand.

They know that girls deserve better options as they grow, and they’ve made it their mission to provide them with bras and apparel that are made for growing bodies—not just another lingerie label.

This thoughtful approach is matched by their commitment to responsible manufacturing, ensuring that the factories they partner with provide fair wages, reasonable hours, and safe working conditions.

In their own words:

"98% of the global apparel industry is made up of women, many of whom don’t earn enough to meet their basic needs. This is unacceptable, and we demand better wages and working conditions for them."

Their dedication to creating a positive impact doesn’t stop at their manufacturing. Through their Bleuet Girl program, they partner with mission-driven young entrepreneurs and support causes that give people more—more opportunities, more voice, more choice.

Why Bleuet is a Perfect Fit for The Undie Chest

At The Undie Chest, we believe in partnerships that go beyond donations; they’re about shared values and a joint commitment to making a difference.

Bleuet’s focus on empowering young girls through comfort and confidence makes them a natural fit for our work. Their drive to support girls in need, especially those in foster care and the unhoused community, aligns with our own mission of helping underserved communities.

When asked why they wanted to partner with us, Bleuet shared:

"We want to give all girls comfort and confidence as they grow, so we regularly give back to kids in the foster system in addition to other girls in need."

Sustainability & Social Impact

Bleuet is committed to doing more with less.

As part of their sustainability efforts, they donate gently used returns and utilize extra fabric to create scrunchies, minimizing waste wherever possible. They also cut their materials to reduce leftover fabric, showing that sustainability and thoughtful design go hand in hand.

When asked about their contributions to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Bleuet emphasized two key areas:

  • SDG 1 - No Poverty:
"We support children in the foster system and donate to organizations that serve the unhoused community in greater Los Angeles."

  • SDG 12 - Responsible Consumption and Production:
"We donate gently used returns as well as use extra fabric to make scrunchies. We cut our material in a way that reduces waste."

These commitments reflect a brand that not only cares about the comfort and confidence of girls but also about the well-being of the planet and the people who make their products.

How They’re Partnering with Us

Bleuet’s generous partnership will focus on donating their overstock, returns, and samples.

These items will be distributed to the Title 1 schools, directly impacting girls and young women who often lack access to basic necessities like underwear.

Bleuet’s donations will help restore dignity and confidence to girls in need, ensuring they feel supported as they navigate challenging times.

At The Undie Chest, we are always delighted to expand our community of retail partnerships to to continue making an impact in the communities we serve. Our mission wouldn’t be possible without partners like Bleuet providing generous donations while diverting textiles from landfills.

Welcome to our community, Bleuet!
